Job Description: You will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our clients. This role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and offering strategic advice to improve financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping:

·  Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.

·  Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

·  Reconcile bank statements and ensure consistency with financial records.

·  Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.

·  Maintain and update the general ledger.

·  Monitor and manage cash flow.

2. Accounting:

·  Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

·  Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.

·  Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.

·  Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.

·  Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

·  Prepare and file regulatory reports as required.

3. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

·  Provide clients with detailed financial reports and insights to support decision-making.

·  Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

·  Develop and implement financial strategies to improve clients' financial health.

·  Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

·  Create and maintain financial models to support strategic planning.

4. Client Advisory:

·  Offer strategic advice on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

·  Assist clients in setting up and optimizing their accounting systems and processes.

·  Provide training and support to clients on financial management best practices.

·  Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.

·  Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to financial management.

5. Technology and Process Improvement:

·  Evaluate and recommend accounting software and tools to enhance efficiency.

·  Implement and maintain accounting software systems for clients.

·  Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations.

·  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA, CISA, CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

·  Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.

·  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

·  Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.

·  Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·  Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

·  Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
